Mr. Sclafani has over 30 years of Construction and Commercial Real Estate experience as an executive for services such as construction, renovations,  conversions, self-storage facilities, tenant improvement, environmental remediation, emergency restorations, and construction consulting. Mr. Sclafani has completed over 150 self storage projects and has completed construction on over 75 facilities in the United States. Mr. Sclafani also has worked with companies such as Panasonic, Life Storage Centers, and Traffic Cast.
